• Kết quả: hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch mà không chặn release; quan trọng hơn, cả team nắm được codebase mới.

What they're assessing: that leadership here means plan → delegate → review → communicate, not "code it all yourself".

Avoid: describing it as a solo effort.
