Trả lời mẫu: "Junior (0-2 năm): học nền tảng, code dưới sự review. Middle (2-5 năm): làm việc độc lập, tự chịu trách nhiệm một module, review code người khác. Senior (5+ năm): thiết kế kiến trúc, cân nhắc trade-off, và nâng cả team lên qua mentoring. Điểm chuyển không phải số năm, mà là khi bạn được tin giao những quyết định mơ hồ hơn."
