StatefulSet nên dùng cho workload nào?

StatefulSet phù hợp workloads cần stable network identity, stable persistent storage và rollout theo thứ tự, ví dụ database cluster, queue cluster hoặc hệ thống consensus. Pod names ổn định như db-0, db-1 giúp membership/replication dễ hơn.

Tuy nhiên tự chạy database trên Kubernetes tăng trách nhiệm operations: backup, failover, upgrade, storage performance, node drain và disaster recovery. Với team nhỏ, managed database thường là lựa chọn thực tế hơn.
